1/2" x 8" Chrome Vanadium Steel Cold Chisel

Features:

•  Chisel features a hand ground sharpened edge designed to cut and shear cold metal
•  Compiles with DIN 7255 standard
•  Forged from top quality hardened chrome vanadium steel
•  Most common applications are separation of workpieces and assemblies such as rivets, screws and welding joints
•  Striking head is turned and chamfered
•  The material core design prevents mushrooming of the striking head
•  The octagonal shape is easier to grip when striking with a hammer and also prevents the tool from rolling away when placed on a surface
•  Tools are tempered to a hardness of 54 to 58 HRC - not just at the tip but throughout the entire length of the tool
